When the red phone rings, we have approximately 3-4 minutes before we need to get in the air. Once we arrive on scene, I take charge of securing the aircraft and ensuring the area is safe for the crew and public. I also focus on supporting the Paramedics and Doctors by keeping an eye on their work, acting as an extra set of eyes and ears, and prioritising their well-being throughout the operation.
